Shipping & Delivery
- We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, whether you require expedited delivery or are looking for a cost-effective solution. Our partnerships with leading global carriers ensure that your order is delivered safely and efficiently.
- Our standard delivery times range from 7-14 working days for most destinations. However, we also provide faster options for urgent orders, with delivery times as short as 3-5 working days for selected locations. On occasion, some shipments may take longer days. This will depend on the postal services and customs processing in your country. Not all deliveries can be tracked through the carrier.
- The shipping fee for your order is calculated based on the size and weight and the selected delivery method. We strive to offer competitive rates and provide a transparent breakdown of shipping fees during the checkout process.
30-day Return Period
- If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of its delivery date.
- If you're shopping from the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, no questions asked.
Conditions of Returned Product
- Please inspect the product upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we would evaluate the issue and solve it promptly.
- The item you're returning must be unused, in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- The receipt or proof of purchase is required for return application.
- We can't accept returns for items that are damaged, misused, or altered.
- If the item didn't buy it from our official website, you'll have to contact the distributors for any returns.
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Initation of Return Process
- If you need to cancel the order, please contact us immediately at tfglobal@tigerfamily.com. Once the order is in our system, we usually can't stop it from being shipped. If we can catch it in time, you'll get a full refund. If not, you can return it using our return process.

- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an instruction on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- To ensure a smooth and secure return process, all returns must be sent through our preferred courier service.
- Please note that you'll need to cover the return shipping cost.
Refund Process
- After receiving your returned product, and passing our checks, your refund will be processed.
- We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at tfglobal@tigerfamily.com.
- Any customs duties or import fees incurred are non-refundable as they are obligations fulfilled by the customer at the point of entry to the destination country.
