• Normal wear and tear, such as scratches or stains.
• Any damage due to misuse or mishandling, such as sitting on the bag will cause problems in the closure system of the bag.
• Items not bought from the official website.
• Marks or damages that don’t affect the item’s function, such as cosmetic damage, theft.
• Promotional items (sent to creators and ambassadors, etc.) and complimentary items (sent by our customer support)

What You Need

• Date of purchase
• A photo of your receipt or order confirmation
• At least one high-resolution photo/video clearly showing the issue
• Brief description of how the problem occurred.
• Serial number of your product.
• Your contact details. Include the country code (+31).

• After receiving your details, we aim to respond within 5 days. We will either approve your claim and instruct you on how to send back the faulty product, or provide additional troubleshooting steps.

• Once we receive the faulty item, we will inspect and either repair or replace it. If the issue isn’t covered by our warranty, we will return the product to you at no extra cost.
• The replacement will be of equal quality, ensuring you receive a fully functional item.
